Exceptional suites - very well appointed, clean, spacious. And easy to access without reception - all done remotely by SMS. Bit tricky to find car park but all good.
Location was busy roads but rooms very quiet with top grade sound proofing.

The lifts were really hot. Aircon everywhere else was perfect, but stepping into elevator was terrible

Large clean room with a balcony. Plenty of space with a well stocked kitchenette, table with chairs, and a desk. Comfortable bed.
The only improvement would be a sink in the kitchenette area to wash cups, etc. rather than having to use the bathroom sink.

Large room. Super comfy bed . Great food downstairs. Close to Sunshine coast airport.
Trying to find car park was a bit difficult , even although we were following the sent instructions.

Room was quite spacious. Very clean and modern. Apartments are on a secure level of the hotel accesible by guests only. Car parking right under the hotel.
Little tricky without a reception :) but worked out things relatively easily with the help of fantastic staff over phone support.

The cleaner miss leaving towels, I just made a phone call and they were delivered within half an hour even though no one was on site. Thanks for the effort .
Car park tight, only fits small to med vehicles

The lighting in bedroom none existent. Power at bed side table not working pretty poor for a new building. The only place to rinse your cups was in the bathroom.

loved how quiet the place was. easy process to access keys and room.
fire alarm went off at 11pm - out of everyones control though.
