The apartment is in a small building on the top floor, in a roof space with velux windows. The main room is big, with 2 sofas in the sitting area and a good kitchen area (we appreciated the kettle, toaster and coffee machine with capsules provided). Bedroom and bathroom were separate. The host was very responsive when we rang with a couple of issues.

The location was quite nice, right in the city centre, close to restaurant and supermarket. And there's a free parking right in front of the apartment.
It's a very cosy flat.
The bed is making noise, feel like it would break in any second.
The bathroom has some mold.
Not sure if the towels are clean enough...

Bien agencé et localisation
Une odeur désagréable dans l’appartement
Pas de volet au velux du salon où il ya un canapé lit

Flat is as advertised - large and nicely arranged, quiet. Bedroom is comfortable and clean.
There was a very bad sewage smell in the stairs and emanating from the bathroom. Closing the bathroom door helped, but still this needs fixed. The kitchen cookware was in very poor condition: heavily scratched "non-stick" pans and a pot with burn marks and damaged enamel. Replacement is needed.
