The suites were nice.
We were not informed about a room on the 5th floor, without elevator and no help with the bags. It was very hard to take up our things and bring them down.

The manager was very friendly and helpful, the place is spotless and it's only 10/15 walk to Taksim Square. It is a 1 min walk to the bus stop which takes you to Eminuou in 10 mins, it's in a good location for transport and walking, there are lots of restaurants in the area.
The only problem I had was there was no lift and I was on the 5th floor, it is a spiral staircase and I have arthritis and I found it hard climbing the staircase.

5th floor was crazy cold and reaching it through the stairs was a challenge, as there’s no elevator
