The house is super cute, very clean, quiet area, lovely little backyard. It was close to where we needed to go for our conference.
I'm not agreeing with the suggestion afterward, that it required "extra cleaning", when we left it clean and orderly. Wishing I had taken pictures.

Great walkable location. Since we were traveling with our dogs we really enjoyed having the fenced in yard. The house was clean, and we also appreciated the abundance of extra towels, which were really soft.
If traveling with pets, be sure to read the fine print regarding extra fees. We missed that information when we initially made our reservations, but the host was very accommodating once we realized when we were only an hour out from Flagstaff and let him know.

The back yard for my dog. Spices, coffee creamer, syrups available and Brita water jug in fridge.
Tile floors were chilly definitely could use slippers here. The pet $300 deposit and $40/night cleaning fees that were not mentioned in Ad, were a surprising cost that should be advertised in listing.

This is a very cute little property that had everything we needed. We had a couple of glitches, but the owner was very responsive and it all worked out fine. The backyard is awesome! We really enjoyed spending time out there since the weather was perfect. And the location is great - walking distance to restaurants, shops, and NAU. We even attended a free recital put on by NAU music teachers. Lots of college students walking around, but they were respectful and the area feels very safe. Parking is very easy; you park directly in front of the door, and there's room for more than one vehicle. The ability to do laundry was much appreciated.
