The space was so nice and much better than a traditional hotel room. Very spacious and tvs were mounted and big screens.
It was clean upon glance, but once inside the tub had a few hairs on the side and the floor wasn’t swept properly, Definitley wasn’t mopped. Floor color disguised the dirt on the floor.

Nice to have the space of an apt.
I came in wearing a walking boot for my broken foot and despite there being NO ELEVATOR she put me on the second floor and watched me struggle past her front desk and up stairs with my luggage.

The location.
Room floors where dirty, the trash from the last guest had not been removed, garbage bags outside the rooms had not been picked up, carts of soiled linen lined up in the hallways outside. The lady at the front desk was rude, my card had stopped working shortly after check in and when I called the number at the desk she told me I would have to wait because she just sat down to eat. I had items that needed to be refrigerated and the response well I just left and I’m eating so let me call you back.
