This Hamptons House was very cute. A coastal home in a country town we loved it. My Nephew loved the extra little touches like the bath bombs and the bath oils. We visited the Hunter Christmas Lights so it was perfect for what it was. It would be beautiful to visit in much cooler conditions and sit around the fire pit. Definitely a stylish home with my kind of touches. Owners were lovely and easy to contact.
The only thing we can recommend is that it has some block out curtains or blinds. This house needs a better air conditioning unit or another one that’s a bit more powerful. We visited and it was close to 40’c the air con on with the fan going didn’t really do much at all. Some fly screens on the windows and all would of been just about perfect. There were a few roaches around which we arn’t use to either.

Only one toilet in main bathroom.
