It was roomy for a inner-city apartment in Tokyo, with lots of natural light. The location is good with restaurants and bars and shops a short walk away, but far enough for a quiet night. The washing machine is convenient, and the stairs to the apartment are manageable.
The toilet had a funny odour. The towels provided are worn and had the smell of a smoky motel. The furnishings are very very basic. Acceptable if you just want a place to stay for a couple of nights and aren't too fussy about details. I wouldn't recommend to friends or family.
