Super emplacement et bien équipé
Très peu d’isolation avec les voisins et l’extérieur (rocade et gare) , OK pour un court séjour

Very good location of the apartment as it is almost in the city center near the train station. In fact where are a lot of things you need during your stay: air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher and a lot of kitchen stuff, and many other things you don’t need to buy extra. Even enough of coffee tabs. I want to thank to owners for this because it’s my first full equipped apartment in Cannes.
The bed is quite large and comfortable.
The sound isolation is not good because there are very busy road and train station across the street. For me it was very noisy even in the night.
Bathroom sink is just too small to wash the face and clean the teeth.
Also it could be more clean. When I arrived at the apartment it was quite dusty.
And the entrance to the building old with the smell of dampness.

Amazing location, perfect for the festival. Comfortable bed, good size kitchen, balcony.
Bathroom is very small but fine for a few days and solo travellers :)
