Location was convenient. Owner was nice. Air conditioning in each room. Our bathroom was small but nice and new. New bedding. Very quiet.

Paid before staying, not in the morning like usual or even being shown to our rooms (we reserved 3). No shoes in the house. No services on the TVs, including cable or streaming. No food or drinks in the room. Breakfast was a box of Cheerios and Shreddies on the table. Hard boiled eggs and water to make your own coffee in a shared drip coffee machine. One table with 5 chairs for all 10-12 rooms. Bathrooms on 3rd floor were awkward and cramped with a toilet right at the door. Seems more like a long term room rental place.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, giving us a tour of the property at check in and they escorted us to our room. Restaurants were recommended nearby and directions given. Continental breakfast was included with croissants, boiled eggs, toast, coffee, waffles, etc. Parking in front of the building, walking distance to the waterfront and town, clean and quiet rooms and extremely comfortable beds. Very nice host. Would definitely stay again!
