The primary drive for the location was its proximity to several friends I wanted to see. Additional benefits were a number of good restaurants, easy access to grocery stores, and an overall quiet location.
I really don't have any complaints. My only disappointment was that some of the restaurant and bar recommendations in the guide book are permanently closed, but that has nothing to do with the property itself.
