Loved this apartment in Sète which was comfortable and clean. Was great to spend time on the terrace and see the sea.

Nothing - it was great. Worth being aware that if you don’t have a car, it’s at the top of quite a steep hill so you’ll get fit!

After having two bad experiences with other properties in Sète (hidden extra fees and check in problems), this one was so good, I almost couldn't believe. The check in was straight forward, I was given all the information and checked in easily. The host left the apartment very clean and I was nicely surprised by their carefulness on details. The building seems brand new and the flat was fully equipped with everything you possibly needed (air conditioning, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc.) all working perfectly. When I got in, my first thought was that it looked much better than in the pictures. The flat looks nice, there a huge terrace where you can even get a glimpse of the sea, and have a nice coffee in the morning. It's on a cul-de-sac which means it's very quiet at night, the blinds seal perfectly and I slept very well. The location is very close to the city centre, main square with all the cafes and shops. The building is located on a 5-minute hill, which I was happy for, as it provided a 5-minute exercise. If you have health problems and no car you need to consider there's a 5 minute hill to walk.

L’appartement est très bien situé, au calme, avec une belle vue depuis la terrasse. Il était extrêmement propre et bien équipé.

L’accès au parking compliqué mais pas impossible. Ce qui n’est pas donné à tout le monde de savoir faire plusieurs manœuvres avant de se garer ou de sortir de son emplacement L’impossibilité de savoir où sortir les poubelles. L’embouteillage tous les matins au pied de l’immeuble car présence d’une école. Toutes les voitures s’arrêtent pour faire descendre leurs enfants. (À prendre en compte pour les déplacements pros) Linge de maison avec une odeur de renfermée et surtout rêche ! Le point le plus négatif et vexant pour moi c’est le fait que le propriétaire mette un cadenas avec une chaîne dans le placard de la salle de bain afin de « protéger » ses produits ménagers ! Premièrement essentiel à l’entretien de l’appart’ au vu du prix que l’on paye pour un séjour de un mois, et deuxièmement manque de place pour ses propres rangements lors d’un long séjour d’un mois !!! Troisièmement le manque de confiance !
