The location was very convenient. Accessibility and parking were good. The parking was enclosed and reasonably secure.
The room and surroundings are utilitarian - this is not a place to stay if you are looking for comfortable holiday accommodation. The level of general maintenance was slightly scrappy

The facilities were good e.g laundry, BBQ, pool. The rooms were well appointed with microwave, toaster and crockery and cutlery.
Needs a lift for the upper floor. The rooms are only refreshed after 7 days which is ridiculous. It needs to be every 2 days. The major issue I had was with the light that comes in from the lights in the hallway. Way too bright - they should dim them overnight - from about 10pm. I needed to ask for a spare blanket - most places already have a spare blanket in the room. We had to ask for extra sugar and coffee because the room was not refreshed during our three night stay.

I stayed here because there was little available; it offered free parking and wasn't far from GCUH.
The shower door was broken. The ironing board was impractical. Low music was playing somewhere in the early hours of the morning, and a low bass beat could be heard.
