Wow, this house is just like the pictures. Absolutely beautiful!!! Location was great, close to a few of our favorite food trucks and of course Ship Wreck, and not to far from Hunts. Walk straight out from parking to gated pool area , also pool is under house so really cool in the July heat, and boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of America. There were only a few things that I thought should be addreseed, the stairs are a killer, yes there is an elevator but it was not usable by vacationers, only the owners.so to get to the main floor you walk up 10 stairs which has the livingroom and kitchen and 1/2 bath. Walk another flight of stairs (10 stairs) to a king size bedroom, queen size bedroom, the bunk room which all have their own bathrooms, and laundry room, walk another flight of stairs(10stairs) to get to the master king size bedroom with a mini frig. and another king size bedroom both of which have their own bathrooms. We were there in July and yes heat rises, the 3rd floor was a little toasty and the master bedroom did not have a ceiling fan. So carrying bags and anything you forgot up 30 stairs is a lot. Couch was comfy and big enough for our family of 10. Kitchen had plenty of room and yes plenty of dishes, pans, etc… besides the stairs and a few things that housekeeping should have cleaned a little better- this house was amazing, and I would definitely stay again - maybe just not with older people or anyone with knee problems.

Check in and check out easy and straightforward. Beautiful, spacious and immaculate home right on the beach in a quiet town perfect for family gatherings. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals for large groups. Top notch appliances and furnishings made the stay a cut above. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy privacy and their own views of the gulf. Pool beneath the home was a perfect oasis from the sun, with a constant breeze to cool you off. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas etc... Short drive to nearby towns such as Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach, Apalachicola, Panama City Beach and Rosemary Beach.

We thoroughly loved this property. It's deceptively large and it's clear the owner/management company is very thoughtful in the way they stocked the kitchen. It has all the basic amenities as well as some luxury items. This may be an odd thing to note but this is the first rental property I've stayed at that had sharp knives! What a small thing but if you cook regularly, dull knives make the process tedious. The furniture was comfortable and the well stocked board games and puzzles were a welcome activity when it was just too hot to go out. Will definitely add to my favorites!

The home was beautiful, great views of the gulf and direct beach access. The kitchen was very well stocked. We would stay again but the very busy highway the house sits on was noisy and disrupted and peaceful time enjoying the back porches. The ad for the home should state the elevator was not available for guests; 4 flights of stairs was a bit much for the whole week.
