Rooms were clean. No extra trashbags or anything for you. Of course they bragged about the pool but it was closed due to season in the area. Should post that... Once we got there it was automatically "sorry the computer over booked our 2 bedrooms, we have 2 1 bedrooms for you" luckily we are all adults, had i been traveling with children, then i would have been there trying to figure out what to do. NOT COOL! Was overall a decent place, just pricey for a couple of nights.

The beds are extremely comfortable and the property manager was extremely helpful.

The room matched the description, but there were some maintenance issues including a broken shower handle and toilet seat when we arrived. Maintenance was sent to fix them in a timely manner and most of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. However, oddly, there was no way to call the front desk and so for any request we had to walk and make it in person. The entire suite was tilted and so the drawers of the dresser would not stay shut without placing one of my kids books underneath. There was not a full set of silverware and the dishwasher smelled terrible. Each time I used it I had to hold my breath and spray air freshener afterwards. One of the most surprising features was the lack of a smart TV...in 2025! There was no way to stream or even cast to the televisions. All that to say, the stay was just ok.
