We were in town for a wedding and were very happy staying at Adam’s property for a summer weekend! Adam was incredibly responsive and very accommodating as we had to come in early for a pre-wedding event that impacted our check-in time. The property itself was very clean and the surroundings very serene. Check-in was a breeze and we had everything we needed including AC if we needed it and access to streaming services. Adam even left us a bottle of Prosecco to help us get the wedding festivities started! The murphy bed was also very comfortable. The room itself is sort of an extension of the house, but we never had any issues with privacy and were comfortable throughout our entire stay. We took Uber/Lyft everywhere to help us get around. Big thanks to Adam for making our first trip to East Hampton so wonderful!

Our stay exceeded all expectations. A friend and I came for a wedding and stayed just a weekend. The house is very charming, tucked away off the road in it's own private wooded enclave. The guest quarters is secluded, functional, and full of classic Hamptons charm and decor. With myself having the downstairs and my friend having his own bed upstairs in the loft. It was more than enough space for the two of us. The location is unbeatable too — convenient to both East Hampton and Sag Harbor, with the village, shopping, restaurants, and the beach all an easy reach. Not walkable, but less than a 5-10 minute drive from all attractions. What really made the stay though was the host, who went above and beyond at every turn. As newcomers to the area, we especially appreciated how they took the time to educate us about the area — sharing the best spots to eat, explore, and get our bearings, which made our time so much more enjoyable than most others in the wedding party. Check-in was seamless, the cottage was very clean, and every thoughtful detail showed how much care they put into the place. If you're considering this rental, don't overthink it, book it — five stars isn't enough.

Very nice and cozy, situated in a beautiful area of Long Island. Hosts were excellent and anticipated my needs from the start. Highly recommend!!
