New hotel, very nice and super clean, probably the best stay since i been using this app.

Third time we’ve stayed here. Parking is great. Check in was slow, only one person on the desk. Was two, but when we arrived in line the 2nd person left instead of checking us in. Casino restaurants were busy at 8pm with lineups. Slow service. Casino machine ate my $100 bill and it was extremely frustrating to find someone to help. Eventually I compelled a young man to stop and help, who was clearly irritated, who partially removed the bill with a pen enough for me to pull it out myself as he hurried off. Stayed on the 7th floor. Lots of noise in the hallway though out the night. We may stay again if using the airport but overall it’s not a great experience. Also, every area of this hotel, including the casino, is lit up brightly with flourescent lights. Leads to a cold, impersonal, experience. We did not feel welcomed or any kind of customer appreciation.

Be weary of the price you see on hotels.com for the GCCR. They also charge another tax up & above HST that I've never seen before, and $20 as a resort fee for the pool (which isn't ready yet) and wifi. The total for the stay was much higher than I was expecting.

Great property!

This brand new hotel resort was beautiful! We arrived late and hungry but there were several options for dining inside and outside of the casino area which we appreciated! We were upgraded to a larger room overlooking TO racetrack. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well. We wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of this hotel, but had an early departure the next day.

Not all amenities are open. Hotel is still under construction. Don’t feel they should be charging resort fees at this point when not completed.

They need family restaurant outside casino when you travel with children

Gorgeous place, but i had to pay 120 cad in resort fees, but the pool, sauna and others things werent open yet.

Great property, very pleased with our stay. Really looking forward to see this facility once it’s all completed. Definitely our new location when in Toronto.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable, friendly, helpful staff.

I entered through the casino. NO CLEAR SIGNAGE to indicate the hotel has a separate entrance. The guy at the counter requested my ID then passport, date of birth, address. Also requested to search my bag and suitcase I was carrying. Did all this before explaining that there’s another entrance that leads directly into the hotel then still wouldn’t let me in because my drivers license is from a different province even though he already checked my passport. When I got frustrated he said you can enter once we verify your ID or use another entrance. A manager came after around 15 minutes and looked at my ID and showed me to the hotel reception. Not saying the man was racist but it definitely felt like a bit much. Also ordered a burger to my room which was cold and tasteless. On the menu it would have cost about 18 dollars but cost 30 upon delivery. Room was nice, clean and comfy with plush robe, kettle, coffee maker and fridge plus free bottles of water. Hotel reception staff was lovely. Don’t need another encounter with that caucasian guy at the casino reception.

Really really amazing stay!!

Property not designed for mobility disabled people at all. Absolutely ZERO guide signs for Taxis to be able to pick you up from HOTEL entrance. Had to frequently walk through casino or to theatre for pick up. VERY inconvenient.

I understand that they just opened, but there are a lot of things that are not properly ironed out yet such as the valet service, it’s extremely long for them to get your car or just to get to the vehicle when we arrive It says that there are vending machines at every ice machine on every floor, but myself and my daughter did not have any vending machines on either floor They will need to find a more efficient way to get everybody into the casino because they have to card so many people that the wait time to get in over a half an hour I was surprised to have to pay for drinks even in the High Limit area I’m sure they will work on these things but in all I will be going back it’s very nice
