Very nuce adequate space gave us a ground floor room and pool view

No frills hotel. If you are trying to save money but want a nice clean safe hotel, this is the place! The reviews say it all! You can tell it was recently updated, our room was clean, bedding clean and the beds were comfortable.(bring your own pillow if you prefer fluffy pillows) The staff was great, and you are close to restaurants, gas, coffee, grocery store and the interstate.

Our room was freshly painted and cleaned. He had to go to the front desk to get an iron. Otherwise, the room was good for what we needed. A decent place to sleep for the night.

The room was very clean but also very spartan. No closet in the room. The light level in the room was poor. The floor of the tub should be non-slippery.
Motels today offer a continental breakfast, Home Inn does not. This delays departure for travelers who are stopping for the night on their way to another destination.

The only problem I had was not being able to connect to wifi

We had made a reservation back in October at another place in Sanford and it turns out it had been rented to another so we were stuck , late at night with no place to stay.We found this place and headed over for that night and liked it so ended up staying there for the entire 10 night stay. Located close to a number of restaurants and across from a Winn-Dixie so it was handy . Mattress had seen some miles and the TV could be hit and miss but overall no complaints here. Staff was friendly, site was safe, clean with no drama and there is even a pool . Would stay again without any problem. Should have booked here first !

Nice, clean, quiet place. Nothing fancy, but it's been recently updated, everything works well, and the employees were polite and professional. There are restaurants, a convenience store, a Starbucks, and a Winn-Dixie close by. Will stay here again.

This hotel is quite nice all around for its location. I was very pleased.

Other than the bed, there was no seating in the room except for a hard desk-like chair. No complimentary breakfast so we spent $40 at First Watch for coffee and omelets. Owners were nice.

The bathroom and shower was not cleaned. The toilet had poop on the front and the shower was dirty with dirt and hairs.

Hotel In Apopka was nice. Its a bit of away from the main downtown. It had a really good mexican restaurant next door. The hotel had basic amenities. The pool is across the parking lot.

Management was welcoming and so helpful. A very basic room but still has plenty of space with desk and two chairs, large sink counter with separate toilet and tub room. LARGE screen tv. No closet but enough shelving. Charging ports convenient and bed is comfortable. If you like fancy places, this isn't it. But it is so much better than other lower priced hotels. Pictures on the website are accurate. Everything looks fresh. I would definitely rent here again!

I tried to but couldn’t check in… no one was available to help me check in… I had to sleep in my car over night… terrible horrible experience I wouldn’t wish upon anybody. I have pressed and been on the ring bell button ten times… no one ever came or called or reached out. This place is the worst.

Coackroaches in room, no wifi and lits of noise coming from other rooms.

No one ever in the office. At checkin I had to buzz ringpad to get someone to come and turned out ok. Then no response when went by office later and again at checkout with no one coming. So room was ok and clean but this is a no thrills hotel. No hairdryer, microwave and only one end table at one side of bed.

Not only were the rooms recently renovated very nicely I might add but the staff is above and beyond Miss Lisa and Ms Jenna they couldn't have a better staff under them and they both are top shelf but what's most impressive is the fact that the surrounding property I've never seen a hotel that has everything in its place and just as clean as it could possibly be for it to be outdoors I've stayed here before and I'll stay here again I hope you will enjoy your stay I know I have🤗👍😉

They did not make the bed up with both flat and fitted sheets. There were also some shady characters hanging about

The nightly check-in process was a nightmare, more than 30 minutes. The mattress so uncomfortable and the room smell its like someone just finished smoke inside. A Cockroach inside the bathroom. Never book there again.

This is absolutely a “No Frills” motel. The room looked and smelled like it was very recently painted. The desk chair did not roll very good at all. This was the worst excuse go WiFi I have ever experienced. When I checked out I mentioned it to the clerk and she said my room was one of the better ones. I never could get my laptop connected to the WiFi. The bed was very low to the floor. No coffee maker , no coffee or anything else in the lobby. The price was not especially cheap for the area. I do not believe I will ever stay there again.
