I liked the cool living room we needed to cool down with the heatwave and it was very nice, cosy and cool. It was quiet in the living room and the kitchen was adequate, though small.
The second bathroom toilet didn`t flush properly, and there was a rushing noise in the loft, pipes?
also it was a bit of an effort to get into the property and out again

Spotlessly clean, three double bedrooms with full bathrooms in each. Plenty of seating, nicely decorated, well heated, all beds were very comfortable. Purpose of trip was to support my son completing in Ironman Wales and the location for this event was excellent

secure parking, all on one level, bathroom to each bedroom, nice leafy views, good range of outdoor seating at the front, pleasant to sit there.
on entering there was a musty damp smell, kept doors and windows open as much as possible and it aired out but weather was hot, don't know what it would be like in wet weather. Very scant kitchenware, eg no large bowl for salad, no grater, very much had to improvise with what was there.
