Excellent, everything was perfect and pleasant. Great little place to stay in Tbilisi. We have received a homemade cake from the owners, it was such a pleasant surprise :)
Parking is inside the yard tucked away from the street.
The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and also for washing clothes. I can only recommend Roman's (owner) place to everyone looking for an accommodation in Tbilisi.
Only one thing to mention but it really is just my nitpicking. Some acorns or similar items were falling from the trees onto our cars and the metal roofing of the sheds, so it was rather loud each time. My car didn't sustain any damage fortunately, but the items fall from a tall tree so gravity does speed things up. It may only be an issue in the (early) autumn, not during other seasons.

Everything's clean. Comfy bed. Nice owner. Clear instructions on self-check-in. Huge bathroom with all needed. Hot water with good pressure. Close to a subway station, cafes, restaurants, groceries. Washing machine and hangers. All what we needed for a stay

Everything was excellent. The apartment, the location, the interior, Romeo the owner, his hospitality, everything was beyond, to make you feel at home far away from home.

I really liked the hospitality of the host 😌 He was amazing and easy to reach out whenever we wanted something to ask. We had our private yard where we parked easily our car, the place is in the city center, easy to reach out Old town by foot. Bonus point for the Romeo’s mom fresh and warm cake waiting for us when we arrived. We would definitely go here again if near the Tbilisi
