The apartment was spotlessly clean and furnished in a modern comfortable style. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to any request. The view of the golf course is lovely too.

The surrounding complex is a little run down and the apartment below was doing some renovations so there was a bit of noise early morning but didn’t affect our sleep. If you have lots of luggage beaware there is a bit of walk from the car park.

Clean and comfortable with lovely views of the golf course

Lost the sun early lunch time on the balcony

I stayed in Par71 and honestly had a very positive experience. The place was exactly as shown in the photos: comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It had everything needed for a smooth stay, from a functional kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi. The check-in process was simple, and the host was always available to answer any questions, which made everything even more comfortable. The apartment also had nice little touches, like coffee available and a very comfortable bed. Overall, it was our best choice for exploring Rome. It was also very relaxing after a long day of walking around the city. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something practical, well-located, and cozy.

Everything was perfect 😍
