Whıte Moon Hotel Suites

Everything was perfect. I had to stay for a week and I stayed for 21 days. I had such a good time. And I will definitely always choose this property for my future stays in beautiful Istanbul. Greetings to the very good and wonderful guys on the staff.

For me it wasn't a big problem but I would put a drying rack for the clothes that would be more convenient to use, upon arrival the staff helped me with my bags up to the third floor and with the narrow and steep stairs, at checkout it was a bit tiring and difficult to carry them down but I must also say that it was the middle of the night and if I had asked them I have no doubt that they would have been very kind and ready to help me.

I think that every time I come to Istanbul and I often come for long periods I will always stay here. I felt so good that I extended my stay for 3 weeks. This time the staff went above and beyond by even changing a reading lamp for me near the bed and I appreciated it very much, thank you.. Both the owner and the guys at the reception are ADORABLE to say the least and did everything they could to make me feel at home, even better. Both the presence of a washing machine, microwave oven and air conditioning all working perfectly are really a very useful thing for those who travel a lot and for long periods like me, the value for money is exceptional. Heartfelt thanks to the owner and all the guys.

I advise those who sleep in total darkness to bring an eye mask, my King Deluxe room was on the third floor and with windows even if there are curtains and everything necessary for privacy, the light comes in early in the morning. For me it wasn't a problem as I always traveled with an eye mask and then the room is so beautiful that this really seems like a very small detail to me.

The place is nice, and the receptionist is soooo supportive. Thanks for the nice stay!

Great location – close to Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. The area is generally quiet (apart from the morning prayers). The host provided laundry detergent.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. Everything is very old and worn out: the carpet and floor lamp are stained. The sink in the bathroom is leaking, and there was always water on the shelf under it. There is mold in the room and bathroom. Very few dishes were provided. Cleaning was a big issue: the bed linen was dirty and even had holes. We had to message the host via Booking to solve problems, sometimes several times. Bedside lamps were cleaned only after the second request. During our one-week stay, water and electricity were cut off once for several hours. There is also a mosque nearby – every morning at 5 am the prayers are very loud. Of course, this is not the hotel’s faulted, but future guests should be aware that it is impossible to sleep through it (even earplugs didn’t help). Overall, we would not stay here again.
