The property had everything you needed for a long stay. Property was spacious. Location was good.

Only minor issue was no mirror over the bathroom sink

The accommodation was very clean with new appliances. It has recently been renovated or decorated. Spacious 3-bed apartment. Lovely and comfortable furnishings. Welsh cookies - welcome treat from the host. The host was quick to respond to queries. There was private parking at the rear of the property. WiFi is available. Tesco extra supermarket within 5 minutes walk away. It felt like home away from home. Highly recommended for family or a group.

Sometimes, the WiFi was unstable.

Its a spacious apartment with comfortable double beds and a good location to visit Big Pit and Caerphilly Castle.

The Snowdon apartment feels uncared for, all the rooms had old cobwebs and uncleaned floors, windows and doors. The entrance hall stank of damp and the carpet here was filthy. There is a broken step you have to watch out for, especially on your way down! The kitchen and items in it were not clean and although supplied with most utensils, plates and pans, it only had 2 mugs, 2 glasses and 1 dirty old burnt baking tray, so no cooking here. In the cupboard the boiler had a strong smell of gas, in hindsight we should have reported this, but didn't want the inconvenience of the hot water being switched off. The heating was already non existent. The bathroom has some poor finishing and the shower is on the cusp of coming off the wall, 4 little soaps are supplied but only 1 hand towel between us. And in the bedroom the heavy metal venetian blinds are awful! One fell down, narrowly missing my daughter's head as I tried to close it for her. Overall it was an adequate stay for our family for 3 nights, however, we've since been accused of burn damage to their sofa!? and sent a hefty bill! I really wish now I'd taken photos! But I'm not ones of those guests and I didn't expect to be taken advantage of.
