Modern and cosy apartment with lovely view.
Good restaurants in walking distance.
Needs some maintenance, but owner is aware. Did not affect our stay however.
Could do with a coffee plunger (but there is a coffee shop downstairs).

Very comfortable room with a nice view
The guests in the room above us were very noisy

Location is great.
Very clean, and comfortable stay.
The units are close together, so you can hear noise from neighbouring units. Our neighbours were not partying, just having a loud conversation and enjoying themselves, but the sound carried through quite easily.

The kitchen was well equipped. The bed and bathroom were luxurious. The place was beautiful.
