Location and very clean apartment. Enough room for a couple and small family. The parking was very convenient. Very pleasant stay at this spot.

Want echt alles is hoorbaar.

The beach is very close, just across the street. The apartment is as you can see on the picture, the working air conditioning was a blessing in the heat. The shop KONZUM is very close, just 200 meter.
The landlord didn't speak english or german at all. He spoke to us in croatian, while he knew, that we could not understand it. The kitchen cupboard was very dirty, so was the cutlery, and the coffee mugs - these all we had to clean first, before we could use them. Also in the fridge were food rests of the previous people who used the apartment. Not to talk about the bathroom carpet.
