Perfect location, really close to the station so don't have to walk far with your luggage and you're right on top of the Grand Place. I thought it would be very loud, you can hear some noise but it was a lot better than I thought. Loved the room design, very pretty. Perfect for a solo traveller. Good and quick communication if I had any questions.
The bed was quite lumpy and uncomfortable but a mattress topper would be a quick fix for that.
