The location of the place was perfect as near the main toll exit and under 20mins to the nearest town.
The rooms were all spacious, clean, and well-equipped
The owner of the place is helpful as being contactable through WhatsApp in case of any queries.
Considering the space and available kitchen amenities, I felt that the price was very reasonable and provided great value for money especially when travelling with larger group and elderly people
Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, private and enjoyable stay.
Only one out of 4 bathrooms had heating while all bathrooms do not have mirrors
No WiFi available

Very clean and spacious homestay. The host was easy to contact and responded fast. Location wise, about 20-25 minutes to Pasar Pagi Temerloh. Overall, nice homestay. Will repeat for our next visit.
Need to add dustbin in the room or at least one on the second floor.
