Excellent location in Shinjuku with easy access to trains, restaurants, and shopping. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the host provided clear instructions for check-in. Everything we needed was available, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended!

The apartment is spacious. Separate rooms allowed space and privacy.
It was very basic. In general - Low standard. There is no bathroom sink. So we used the kitchen sink. There was noise from both from the corridor ( as the metal small front door did not isolate the noise) and from the window facing the main road. No small near bed table to put your staff.
As for the toilet and shower booth. You need to clump a step to get into them .
