-красивейший вид из окна
- до центра Батуми либо Кабулетти можно не дорого доехать на такси либо отдохнуть от городской суеты в спокойном тихом месте
- соотношение цена качество
- НО самое главное это Олег и его семья. Мы много путешествуем, но таких людей встретить очень не просто. Веселые, гостеприимные, приятные люди, которые готовы всегда помочь.

The apartment is new and has a wonderful view. The host and his family treat you as guests. They brought us 2 cups of coffee and a fruit plate which I did not expect.
In short, if you want a peaceful place with great view and wonderful family hosts do not mis this one.
