Lovely property, lots of space, perfect for a small group of friends to catch up
Nothing not to like

Spacious, light, lovely interiors, welcoming host, well equipped, beautiful gardens, very centrally located.
It was too hot in the bedrooms and we couldn’t always keep the windows open due to rain (although the beds were very comfortable and the rooms very nice). A hanging rail upstairs would have been helpful.

Beautiful property, great facilities. Gracious host is very much on site and keen to help guests at all times. Lovely hot tub that they kindly put on for us.
Total inflexibility on arrival time (4-6pm window is strictly enforced, so do read small print). We ended up getting changed in a car park for our family event because a 15 minute grace period could not be accommodated.
Shared space and facilities with another family not disclosed in the listing.
Overflowing bins and dog excrement on drive.

Kirstie went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and it really is superb.
The house is very central but in a garden oasis with a stunning view of the church. It really is very special with a high end finish - we couldn’t fault it and this is our second visit.
Nothing - it’s perfect
