Great location and excellent amenities, however upkeep and housekeeping require some improvement.

Our stay at Sea-La-Vie beach house in Texas was absolutely fantastic! The house itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, even with a little rain and a windstorm passing through—nothing could take away from the beauty of this spot! One of the highlights of our trip was experiencing Mardi Gras, which was nothing short of epic! The energy, the parades, and the fun atmosphere made our visit even more memorable. Despite the weather, we made the most of every moment, and Sea-La-Vie provided the perfect cozy retreat to unwind after all the excitement. We 100% would go back again and highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a great escape with amazing views, comfort, and a prime location. Can’t wait for our next trip!

It was cold at night, so we bought our own heater.

Close to the beach. Great hosts. Plenty of room. Stairs not too high.

The property had roaches and ants. Not real bad. But one is to many. Also could not find the fobs to get in the game room. Need curtains or blinds on the front door and living room windows.
