Breakfast was not included, but I always skip breakfast. Suite #6 looks into the inner courtyard, was very quiet although the location is in the middle of downtown.
Could be a little more spacious (depending on the duration of the Graz visit, one may have more luggages.) For only one night or two, it is a very good choice.)

Perfect location in the heart of the old city. The apartment was very clean, and coffee capsules were provided, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were also able to enter the apartment one hour before the scheduled check-in time, which was very convenient.
The unit was quite compact, with no dining table—only a coffee table, as shown in the pictures, although the description mentions a dining table. There was also no TV. As stated in the description, there was no air conditioning, and the air circulation was not ideal. Even with the window open, we needed to use a fan to improve airflow.

Die Wohnung war gut gelegen, den Angaben der Bewerbung aber nicht wirklich entsprechend (sehr klein und eher dunkel)
Für 100 Euro wäre ein Frühstück (oder etwa ein Gutschein) erwartbar gewesen.
