Comfort e design molto curati. Mi è piaciuta soprattutto l’idea di ospitalità: le camere si affacciano su spazi comuni e living condivisi, invece che su lunghi corridoi anonimi. La posizione è ottima sia per lavoro sia per visitare Parigi.

Il servizio è buono, ma piuttosto standard: con qualche attenzione in più farebbe davvero la differenza. Anche la colazione è ok, ma non memorabile.

I love the location and I thought the staff was friendly.

The elevator was a little bit of a struggle because it got stuck on one floor and I had to walk all the way down the stairs to figure out what was going on however, this is nitpicking and didn’t impact the stay.

We are returning visitors. The facility is currently under renovation, that causes some inconveniences which in the end were handled very well by the staff.

Initially, the first 2 days we were really happy with the hotel - mainly due to the cozy room and the great location and because we were so happy to be in Paris with my newlywed husband. Check-in was very easy and receptionists were very helpful overall. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but we are unsure if we would stay again because of a couple things - as described below. We hope our comments improve the experience of future guests.

Unfortunately, the smell in the room upon arrival was not very fresh - but an opened window seemed to fix that, just wish the housekeepers had done that prior to our arrival. A part of the shower rail was dislocated upon arrival, but quickly fixed after we complained. Another problem I asked to be fixed was the conditioner in the shower (I should have brought my own hair products but forgot) - the conditioner was so old and thick that the pump wouldn’t pick it up. After complaint, it was quickly fixed. Another big thing worth mentioning is the breakfast. We were told that, normally, the breakfast is served in a downstairs lobby but that was not the case during our stay. The breakfast was served in a common living room just outside our hotel room - it was only for the 3 rooms on each floor. If you are looking for an anonymous breakfast, this is probably not for you as you will be sharing the living room and eating breakfast together with whoever is staying in the other 2 rooms on the floor (in our case crying infants or people who simply don’t want to talk to you which makes things very awkward). We have made a request for gluten-free well in advance but the hotel only prepared gluten-free products for the first 2 days. On day 3, we were completely forgotten about and when asked, the receptionist brought out old and stale bread from the previous days that other guests ate because it was not labelled gluten-free, so we didn’t have anything in the end anyways. We find this to be a big problem. I brought this to the attention of the hotel on WhatsApp and kindly asked to make sure there will be something for us on our last fourth day. When we came to have breakfast, nothing was there so we had to go to the reception again and ask, after which we were helped.
