Spacious and modern with great facilities, everything we needed.

WiFi was very up and down, with teenagers this caused a few grumbles. As on other review there was ants but bait boxes were down when we arrived plus we bought more for only $5 at Walmart.

i personally liked everything about the property it was very spacious , maybe because it was only two of us but i’ll most definitely book again

Quiet location, spacious

We travel alot but I dont usually write reviews, on this occasion I feel I have too.. Having read the review about the mould before we arrived I was concerned, specifically because the company had made no attempt to respond to the concerns and I was right to be. A lot of information was required by the letting company prior to arrival and they requested passport photos and credit card photos be emailed. This made me nervous and I only sent these after checking with Booking.com but this should not be the way a 'reputable' company works. They informed me this is Florida law but we are travelling around Florida and this is the only place to request this. Onto the house itself. For starters, Big brother is watching. Never like a property that has a camera filming your entry and exit. On the surface it appears clean but the pillows were filthy beneath the covers and there were ants in every room on arrival. We had to store ALL food items in the fridge and couldn't use one of the bedrooms as they were rife in the bed. Some of the furniture was in poor condition. The TV and WIFI did not work the entire stay. We attempted to contact the letting company via email and through Booking.com but had to phone to get a response. The response was a sorry but they took NO action to resolve the issues. For the WiFi hey told us there was an outage, then there wasn't an outage, then there was nothing wrong with it and we should try the password again. Belittling guests and trying to make it seem that they are stupid because you cant be bothered to address an issue is frankly insulting. And as for the rules. There is a rule for everything and it comes with a threat of a fine. They even ask that you strip the beds and start the washing before you leave. And as for the check out reminders.
