Location was easy to get to and beautiful!
The wifi was a small issue, but got resolved quickly and the TV in the bedroom TV didn't work.

The location and the view.
The cockroaches. The fact that the sectional was stained and dingy looking. The fact that the hot water heater was not sufficient enough to fill the garden tub over 1/3 full. If I wanted it full it would take well over an hour to fill and by then the water was cold. The TV in the main bedroom would constantly lose sound if I changed channels and I would have to turn it on and off all the time to get the sound back. For the price per night I was paying I expected a lot more. This is something I'd expect from a 2 star motel. To be clear I've stayed at the Pearl before and loved it, that's why I returned. However this particular condo just simply did not meet the kind of standards I've gotten from the Pearl in the past. We finally left a couple days early after we kept seeing the coackroaches.
