The accommodation is on the 4th floor, but it was actually bigger than we expected from the photos (the app is on three floors). Everything was comfortable, clean, the kitchen was well equipped, even some basic groceries like sugar and salt, to make it easier to get started... Both beds were very very comfortable, enough towels and everything in the bathroom. We stayed there for five nights with my family and we recommend it to everyone, as it is in a great location - there is a pedestrian zone and a nice market around, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and several metro stations are close. We arrived very late the first night and had problems getting onto the balcony (it has a separate entrance) - when we informed the owner the next morning, he changed the lock the same day and fixed everything. Thank you again for everything and we sincerely hope to spend our holidays in Paris again. All the best, dear Charles.

This was the archetypal Parisian garret – all it needed was an opera singer to bring it to life! Although the four flights of stairs were a bit of an ordeal, it made up for the fact that I hadn’t been to the gym for several days. The apartment itself was comfortable, well equipped and had real character. I loved the little mezzanine bedroom with its dormer windows. The washing machine and dryer were also godsends after a long period of travel. I really enjoyed this place – recommended.

The four flights of stairs were occasionally unpleasant.
