It was neat, clean tidy and we liked how modern it was and it was close by to clacton pier, amusements and restaurants. The children also enjoyed their stay.

Not having parking, it was hard to get a parking space.

Very clean perfect for 1 night . Comfy bed and sofa area. Well equipped kitchen.

No sensor light when entering the studio at night. No microwave. Very slippery shower. WIFI not great in lounge but good in kitchen,hallway and bathroom. Expensive for the size and 10am checkout is too early.

The apartment was very spacious and very modern in a safe area. New kitchen supplied with boiler, toaster , oven and everything you need to cook and eat. We managed to cook for 2 days in a row. Bedroom was big with two double bed and a sofa bed. They provided an iron and iron board, hair dryer and also travel cot that I requested for my little one. Location was great very close to train station and Pier .

Toilet was new and modern with toilet paper , only thing missing was the hand soap but we bought one nearby for £1. The toilet bowl was leaking but when I messaged the owner he straight away apologised and told me they will fix it.
