I like the serene environment and the prompt response from the manager. Always keeping in touch

Nothing.
The place should not be listed for rent. The owner is off-site, bed sheets had not been changed, used and unclean sheets etc were lying in the cupboard and used towels all in the bathroom.
I went to the kitchen to make a cup of tea but found a packet of rice which was all covered in fungus.
This is when I decided to leave and go somewhere else.
Refused to stay the night there.
I feel I am entitled to a full refund and have told the owner this.
