This was our first time staying in a VRBO rental. This home was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood but near the highway and stores for shopping. Home was clean and cozy. All amenities were there. Easy to check in to house and check out. Happy with our stay

House was a good size. The beds were comfy. Good location . The only thing was the house smelled bad when we entered. The house was clean but I really don't think they deep cleaned the house. The bathroom reeked of pee. With the few days of stay I had to go back in and rescrub the bathroom floor in order to get rid of that smell. Host never sent out check out instructions until asked. Overall our stay pleasurable.

Five adults stayed for 3 nights in late August. This property has had a lot of thoughtful care and planning. It is a secure property on a very generous, well kept lot with a fire pit and gazebo in the back yard. There is a small, cozy sun room in the back that I would have loved to spend some time in (but we were busy). The decor is very up to date and soothing. There are generous and comfortable lounging couches in the living room with a huge new TV. The kitchen is well-appointed. Although I did not cook on this trip, I checked the cabinets for equipment and found them to be well stocked (kitchen tools, etc (not spices - bring your own). Double door fridge/freezer with filtered water that tasted great. Very generous, new water heater that supported 5 adults with showers. New top load HE washing machine and efficient dryer in the basement. Four spacious bedrooms upstairs, all with relatively firm, but comfortable foam mattresses in zippered mattress covers. Comfortable linens and towels. Lots of storage. Location is excellent, just off the highway, very close to 3M, short drive to shopping. Sweetly, upon arrival, the neighbor was canning salsa in their garage and gave us a jar (it was delicious).
