Amazing villa with amazing big pool, outside seating area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Spotless clean and well maintained, fully equipped and furnished with everything you need (One of the cabinet was even full of water toys and inflatables for the kids so don't worry if you forgot something at home). Comfortable bed (at least for us, someone might have different preference) and all bedroom windows equipped with outside shades. Quiet location (downside is you need a car). And if you are lucky, even the small turtle will visit you, there are few living in the lemon tree garden. And there are cats but they are minding their own business, not really bothering. Simonetta, our host, was really nice, very helpful and attentive. We have visited several villas in the Mediterranean area but this one belongs to one of the best!

Just one bedroom (the one with separate beds) was not equipped with A/C. But there was big A/C unit in living room and another standard one in second bedroom. You can use the standing fan to direct colder air to the bedroom.

The property was just perfect! Spacious, clean, with outstanding yard and pool :) near Syracuse city. owner are very lovely woman, who loves animals (we loved them also). Recommended for sure 100%!

Nothing, everything was perfect

The pool and villa were spotless, everything you needed was there, A/C great. The pool and outdoor areas were brilliant, totally secluded and the pool was beautifully maintained. A great place to wind down.

Nothing at all, it had everything we could have wanted

Fantastic location for Noto and Ortiga. Villa did not disappoint. The host was fantastic - despite us having some changing circumstances, Simonetta was flexible, patient and generally wonderful. The villa itself is close enough (car essential) to tourist areas, and is far enough away from others that is is peaceful and you can relax. I read a review before going about dogs making a noise. Im glad that didn't put me off - I think they barked hello a few times from a neighbouring property and that was it. Neighbouring properties were barely noticeable.
