The location and hot tub werThe location and hot tub were definitely the selling points for us. The room is very central to the city, with plenty of metro lines nearby to get you wherever you need to go. The room itself was a good size—not too small or cramped—and felt comfortable throughout our stay. The host was always very friendly and available whenever we had any questions. They also made sure we had checked in okay after our train was delayed by two hours, which was a really thoughtful touch. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the photos and video provided were especially helpful. The only slight downside was having to collect the keys from a separate location. The key pickup point was only about two minutes away and very convenient, so this wasn’t really the host’s fault—especially as they were in direct communication with us and made sure we got in okay. However, when you’ve been travelling all day, it’s nearly midnight, and your phone is down to 6% battery, you do wish the keys were in a lockbox at the property. The only other thing that could have been better was the shower. There wasn’t much water pressure, and it was difficult to get the temperature right—it was either too hot or too cold. That said, we didn’t notify the host about this at the time as it was late and we were only staying for two nights, so they didn’t have an opportunity to address it during our stay. Overall, these were only minor issues, and everything else was great. Once the shower is sorted, this would easily be a 5/5 stay for us, and we would definitely return!

The air conditioning needs improvement. It was not efficient. Otherwise everything was ok. Very good contact with the owner.

Great location

The owner was ready rude and inconsiderate. She called me to berate me for not paying the city tax (which was not the case - I even had sent her a picture of where the money was before leaving and my pregnant wife was kind enough to clean the room before leaving) and she made a point to complain about a request I made to accommodate a different key return process so that my pregnant wife didn’t have to walk up and down a step slope to a garage…
