The location is absolutely great, the pedestrian street is full of nice restaurants, it's safe and vibrant, and it's easy to access other parts of the city by foot or car. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to Centro storico via foot, but the Politeama neighborhood is interesting in itself with a lot to see and discover. The host was great, he was waiting for us at the location to provide us the keys and overall he was very proactive and responsive. At night it can be a bit loud outside since it's a pedestrian area, but with the windows closed it was not an issue. The bathroom was renovated a few months ago and is nice, clean and spacious, like the rest of the apartment. And the balcony watching over the pedestrian area was an amazing breakfast and coffee place.

Location, ambient, equipment, privativity and very kind and helpful staff
