It was easy to access the apartment and it was very well appointed. The location was perfect with easy access by walking to the Duomo.
A second set of keys would have been helpful.

The location is good but the management is bad
Our electricity was cut off and no one came to help us. We provided someone to fix it. The Wi-Fi was cut off and no replacement was provided until two days later. When we contacted them, they disconnected us and unfortunately did not respond.
