Everything was spot on!
Nothing really-all good

We stayed for 3 weeks so probably more critical than most.
The house suited our needs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroms. Within walking distance to local shops for essentials, within walking distance to town if you dont mind stretching your legs. Friendly neighbors. Great to have two parking spaces off the road. Easy enough to get around, M6 just down the road.
It backs on to an industrial estate, noise isnt too bad (and its only during the day) but its inconsistent banging rather than constant background noise, only a problem if not out and about. Back garden needs some tlc. Topper on one of the beds is wrongly sized.

Location
Cold floors. Upstairs shower is poor. Decor tired. Only one TV in the house.
