Phenomenal location to explore London from. Room has everything you need. Room and apartment building was clean and tidy. Communication from owner was great.
It was 20-25 degrees Celsius each day we were in London and the room was very hot. A stand fan was provided but because there was no air circulation, it didn’t make a big difference. Also (not a negative for us but something to be aware of if you have mobility issues), you will have to drag your luggage up multiple lights of narrow steps.

clean, modern and spacious room equipped with everything: tv, pocket iron and hair drier, drying rack, soap and shampoo, towels, air cooler. Everything great compared to london standards. Location is 7 min walk to Liverpool Street station.
The typical British narrow stairs make it hard in case of a lot of luggage. A little difficult to open the door with the button code- with nails I was struggling
Communication could have been better, I asked for WiFi and an extra roll of paper but never got an answer. Bathroom was modern but the ventilation a bit weak. No big deal but would have made my stay even better!

Location vas really good. and was clean.
Comfort is non existent bed is for one person only. No way for 2 people. Stairs up is a nightmare, with suitcase you don t fit.
And the way how you collect the keys is nonsense. Walk a long distance, pick up the keys in some shop and then walk back . With luggage.
Crazy.
And because is top floor, it was extremely hot in the room. You open windows and you don t hear your voice. Very loud oiutside.
