Beautiful hidden gem, so close to the water and the view is absolutely amazing. We enjoyed relaxing in the spa after our days out both nights.
We will definitely be back :) thank you so much!
Having to leave, we wish we could stay here forever lol

Beautiful view and a great spa to relax in
Stairway down to the property could do with a tidy up. Kitchen bay windows need blinds or curtains and the toilet door had no lock.

Beautiful 2 bedroom bach with a fantastic view along with a gorgeous private spa.
Second time staying here and it's my go to for any stays near or in Tauranga.
The only downside is the steep hill and 2 flights of stairs to get to and from the property so pack light and only bring what you need down.

Spacious
Crumbs on the settee and a tray on arrival
Traffic noise from across the water and noise from the hot tub overnight
Owner still has no welcome folder and still does not mention the very steep access
