The host was amazing and responded almost instantaneously to messages. The kitchen is well stocked with items to cook and feed the family. They have a cable leash out back for you fur baby to have time in the yard. The neighbor hood was quiet while we were there no troubles at all. There are train tracks close by but the trains that did pass by were short ones, none of them woke us up through the night. I would suggest a more thorough cleaning by the cleaning lady as there were some areas that got missed nothing a broom around all the corners top and bottom wouldn't get. I myself like to keep where I am staying clean so I was sweeping the floors daily and cleaning the kitchen up etc. We would gladly stay here again in the future. There is a regular coffee pot in the kitchen as well as a single cup keurig. There is a washer and dryer as well. There is a kids playset out back but we didnt use that as our children are teenagers. There is also a nice fire pit with chairs. The back deck has a table and chairs as well as an umbrella for shade. The screen doors took getting used to they didn't open like ours do at our home and you have to open them as far as they go for them to close or they stay open. The only fix I know that would be beneficial would be add weather stripping around the doors to help seal them so there wouldn't be a gap hot/cold air to come in through. The water for showering/bathing/washing dishes is nice and hot had no issues running out of hot water.

Stay was fantastic!! The hosts were very easy to respond to all of my questions My family loved the bedrooms and were very comfortable the only thing that was a bummer is that as large as the house is, it should have another bathroom living with a large family it should have another bathroom. I would stay again but only with 2-3 guess it wouldn’t be a problem with the only bathroom.

Adequate but wish we had another bathroom. Had to go buy toilet paper. Good for dogs.
