Staff were great and very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is clean, self service laundry room is an excellent facility. The rooms are a good size and the bed very comfortable. The small supermarket in the hotel is very convenient for the odd snack or fresh milk, most things you might need are available. There is now an English speaker on reception that makes life easier. This my 3rd visit to this hotel and I will be staying here again.
There is a small amount of road noise. Especially at the front of the hotel, best to keep windows closed at night.

Comfortable rooms and beds, everything you need is available. Few international guests, staff are very friendly and helpful. Ability to use a translate app essential if you don’t speak mandarin. Breakfast chef very happy to make me a fresh omelette each morning for breakfast. Book a large king room if you like a window that opens to outside (standard king room is on an internal courtyard with no fresh air). I will stay here again
Rooms were too hot for me, air conditioning had been turned off at start of October, room was 25 degrees most of the time even with the window open.
