Perfect apartment for six people. We had plenty of space and appreciated all the snacks the host left as well as it was nice to have salt, pepper and oil for cooking. Location is great, about a 25 min walk to the train station and there is a grocery store a 4 min walk away. One of the bedrooms didn't have any exterior windows, but everything else was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

There are quite a few stairs, not an issue for us but if someone has trouble with stairs this may not be the apartment for them.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths spacious rooms, well appointed kitchen. So many little extras like toiletries. Great locations for bus stops. We walked everywhere, but if you want to take a bus, it is very easy to do so. The apartment is very clean and Niccolo was very accommodating with early and late check in/out.

It was in an excellent location: a quiet residential area that had a supermarket a minute’s walk away; Santo Spirito and many, many lovely places to eat just six or seven minutes walks away; and almost on the doorstep of Boboli gardens, Pitti Palace, and a further two minutes from Ponte Vecchio. Almost every day we passed over Ponte Vecchio (with its incredible views and close proximity to first rate Gelato from Eduardo’s and pastries and coffees from Caffé Maioli) to and from many of the beautiful places that we wanted to see. I would 100% recommend this location. Before we arrived, Niccolò communication was exceptional. Throughout our stay he was helpful with advice and recommendations, but especially so when one of my kids needed medical attention. He told us how to do this and followed up to check on their health. It was reassuring to know there was someone local to provide information in an emergency. The flat was immaculately clean with a good range of facilities (including air-con and washing machine), with a well equipped kitchen, and a small balcony.

Location is great - quiet street, not too far from the centre. The air conditioners worked great in the biggest heat wave in Italy, so that was a lifesaver. The host let us leave our luggage earlier while they clean and even let us check in earlier which was great.
