When booking, we emphasized that there will be 4 of us and we need all available sleeping places. We found only two sets of bed linen in the apartment. The owner of the apartment was informed about this problem by e-mail the same evening. During our entire stay (4 days), I did not receive any feedback. There were only "leave positive feedback" spam emails. Before leaving, we again reminded the owner about this inconvenience and informed about the time of departure. I was ready to accept an apology from the owner and forget this inconvenience. But further actions are surprising. More than two days after our eviction, we were notified of some kind of refund. The request to provide an explanation or evidence remained unsatisfied. The apartment itself is quite nice. But the staff ruined our trip.
