The decor was beautiful. Super clean everywhere.
Just really excellent
Nothing really. The only thing that was missing was a safe

It’s very clean and very tasteful. The location was great, next to the shops and the stations … and a lovely view
I wish they had safety deposit box .

-Nicely decorated apartment
-Good location, 1 min from Printemps and train station
-Daily towel change and garbage disposal
-they have lockers where you can leave your luggage
-Terrible check in experience. We spent more than 1 hour to try and check in. The key to the apartment is hidden in a locker with no handles so you do not know where to look. When we finally found the key, the door was still locked at the top, with a code that they did not provide to us from the beginning. They generated it there on the spot and gave it to us.
If we have had a midnight flight, we would have slept in the streets!!
- the apartment is mostly dirty and not thoroughly cleaned at all !!
- we had daily housekeeping but they only changed towels and threw out the garbage, but did not actually clean the apartment.
- no flexibility! check out is at 11 AM which is absurd since normally 12:00 is a decent check out time especially since check in is at 15:00 pm
-noisy apartment due to wooden windows, but this is common in all of Paris
- the building is under renovations on the inside. So a lot of dust and noise
-not enough mirrors in the apartment and the lighting is quite poor
